De Rosa has always adopted this philosophy and today with "Neo Pro" all the limits arriving from the technical and mechanic features of the carbon fibre have been sort out. This is the result of a deep studying in material and section of the tubes. The moulding takes place using a technologically advanced procedure namely with "sealed" moulds protected internally with nitrogen: this system prevents leakage of the resin which would be inevitably modify the exact proportion between the fibre and the resin system.
